Gorillaz - Emotions ch 5

The bassist jumped down beside the singer and the Cyborg and growled at them. 2D felt his heart beat faster and he wished he was somewhere else right now. Murdoc had the power to push the Cyborg off the singer and then grabbed the singer by the collar of his shirt. He dragged up 2D on his feet and smashed him against the wall.  The engineer had already left the place in shock. He didn't want to be around when it came to fights. Murdoc stared at the singer with baleful eyes. 2D gulped and got himself ready for a hit in the face. Murdoc yelled 2D right in the face and took a rough grip around his arm. His grip hurt the singer and made him yelped at the same time.

Murdoc: AND JUST WHAT THE BLOODY HELL ARE YOU DOING!! ARE YOU SO FUCKING DESPRETE?

2D: W-what!? N-NO! It's a huge mistake!

Murdoc: Don't you dare come up with stupid excuses! What the bloody hell were you trying to do!

2D: CYBORG NOODLE NEEDED CHARGING!

Murdoc: DON'T YELL!!

2D: I tried to take her to her cupboard!

Murdoc: Okay hold it!

2D: H-Huh?

Murdoc: Why did you left your room?

2D: I tried to take Cyborg to her cupboard.

Murdoc: And where the hell did you find her?

2D: In my ro-

2D shut his mouth when he realized what he almost said. He froze when he saw Murdoc's expression in front of him. Murdoc stared at the singer with a cold glare before he smashed 2D hard against the wall again.2D yelled out in pain and fear when he felt the pain.

Murdoc: What did you say!?

2D:…

Murdoc: Where did you find her!?

2D: S-she…

Murdoc: I'm waiting!

2D: She came to my room! I b-believe that s-she wanted to k-keep an eye on m-me!

Murdoc: Oh really? Then why is she out of energy?

2D: M-maybe she didn't charge completely…

Murdoc: whatever…

The bassist pushed the frighted singer aside and walked up to the Cyborg. Murdoc had the strength to lift up Cyborg Noodle without any problems and carried her back into the cupboard. 2D carefully peeked inside and watched the bassist look for the right cables. He heard that Murdoc sworn a little and walked around with angry steps. 2D stayed in the doorway and kept on staring at the bassist. Murdoc felt that 2D was staring at him and dropped the cable he was holding. He then quickly turned to the singer and yelled.

Murdoc: GET BACK TO YOUR ROOM AND STAY THERE!!

2D jumped in shock and then ran away from the cupboard. He as quickly as he could ran up to the lift and pressed the button. As soon as the doors opened he ran inside and went down to his room. The bassist shook his head and growled. He was too sick of all this. He also wondered why some of the cables were thrown around on the floor. When He unplugged Cyborg Noodle he always used to lay them aside carefully so she wouldn't step on them when she got back. And he had even told the Cyborg to do the same so why had they been thrown around like this. Murdoc wondered if 2D had been there and unplugged the Cyborg so she would have lost all her battery power so he could escape more easily. But if he had done that he wouldn't carry the Cyborg back to charge her. The thoughts spanned around in the bassist head until he couldn't take it anymore. He banged his fist into the wall and tried to get rid of it all. After that he plugged the cables into Cyborg Noodle and let her charge in peace. The singer sat curled up in his little corner and was yet shaking badly. He was always scared when Murdoc yelled like crazy at him. 2D yet wondered if Cyborg Noodle would come back to him at the same day. Maybe she needed to get charged all day. 2D was afraid if Murdoc would come down and beat the hell out of him. He was lucky that it didn't happen. 2D froze when he heard the sound of the whale. It would be a hard time for him now. 2D hugged his legs and wished that Cyborg Noodle would come back. He really wanted some company. Cyborg Noodle was charging upstairs in her cupboard. After a time she came back around. She noticed that she was back in her cupboard and that she was charging. She didn't remembered how she got there. Everything just went black for her before. The last thing she remembered was that she saw 2D before she went out of battery. Cyborg Noodle turned her head when she heard a noise behind her. She activated her self-protection and pointed a gun at the intruder. But when she saw that it was Murdoc standing in the doorway she quickly lowered the gun.

Murdoc: What the hell!? Don't you ever point that gun at me again!

Cyborg: …Master…

Murdoc: Glad to see you're back around. I was going to check on you to see so you weren't broken.

Cyborg: …I'm not broken…

Murdoc: That's good to hear.

Cyborg: …How did I get here?...

Murdoc: Huh? Well you can never believe it. But Face-ache actually almost carried you all the way here from his room. But that weakling dropped you right outside your cupboard.

Cyborg: …2D…

Murdoc: Yeah! Can you believe it?

Cyborg: …Where is 2D…

Murdoc: Face–ache? He's sleeping.

Cyborg: …Sleeping?...

Murdoc: Yeah. What else should you do at night?

Cyborg: …Night?...How long have I been charging?...

Murdoc: For a couple of hours only.

Murdoc noticed that Cyborg Noodle started to unplugged some of her cables. He walked up to her and grabbed her arm to stop her. Cyborg Noodle glared at her master with a blank face.

Murdoc: What the bloody hell are you doing!? You're not full charged yet!

Cyborg: …It can wait…

Murdoc: No it cannot! I don't want to find you somewhere around the place out of battery.

Murdoc plugged in the cables that Cyborg Noodle had unplugged back into her. She kept staring at him without moving.

Murdoc: What's your problem?

Cyborg: …I need to see 2D…

Murdoc: And why do you want that so badly!?

Cyborg: …

Murdoc: You can tease him tomorrow! I have some things to do before I go to bed. Make sure that you wake me up early tomorrow again.

Cyborg: …Yes…

Murdoc left the cupboard leaving Cyborg Noodle alone. She hoped that the morning would come soon. She really wanted to learn more about emotions. She really thought it was interesting. She maybe should thank him for carry her back to her cupboard. Cyborg then remembered that she was going to ask Murdoc about some things. But she could wait for that until she should wake him up in the morning. Cyborg Noodle closed her eyes and let the cables load her up with fresh new energy. It was always great for her when her system was charging. She decided that right after she had waked up her master she would go straight back down to 2D and learn more. The morning came and Cyborg Noodle opened her eyes and realized it was morning. She unplugged the cables one by one and last the big one that was plugged into her back. When she was done she walked out of her cupboard and went up to the elevator. She pressed the button and waited. The elevator arrived and she stepped inside. She pressed the button and went up to Murdocs room. She hoped that her master would be a bit easier to wake up than yesterday. She reached Murdoc's room and opened the door. She found the bassist sleeping deeply just like yesterday. She did hope that he would wake up quick so she could go down to see 2D. Cyborg Noodle walked up to Murdoc and shook his shoulder like she always did. Just like yesterday he slapped her hand away and groaned more. But this time he even told her to get lost. Cyborg Noodle glared at the bassist with an angry expression and did the same thing as yesterday morning. She dragged the blanket of him but now so hard that Murdoc fell out of the bed and hit the floor hard. He quickly got up and yelled at the Cyborg.

Murdoc: WHAT THE BLOODY HELL ARE YOU DOING!?

Cyborg: …Waking you up master…

Murdoc: Fuck… I didn't have any sleep at all…

Cyborg: …Bad?...

Murdoc: Of course it's bad! Argh… Anyway. Maybe I should just get to work.

Murdoc grabbed some clothes and slowly got dressed. He yawned and growled at the same time. Cyborg stood beside him and watched him getting dressed. When Murdoc was done with his jeans and slowly tried to put on a black shirt Cyborg Noodle took the chance and walked up to the bassist.

Cyborg: …Master…

Murdoc: Yeah what?

Cyborg: …Why don't I have any emotions?...
